Pricing Policy

Our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD), inclusive GST (Good and Services Tax) and are current as of the 1st July 2017.

Bulk Orders

Special discounts on orders over 20,000 units may apply.

Depending on stock at hand, orders over 1000 units may require a separate print run and may delay delivery. We will advise you if this is the case on receipt of your order.

Customer Service Policy

Little Book Press is committed to excellent customer service and quality products.

We endeavour to make sure all the products listed on our website are currently in stock, but spikes in demand may mean that some products are not always available. If the product ordered is not available for immediate delivery, it will be listed as out of stock on the website but will be available for back order.

Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you change your mind or order the wrong product.

If the product received is faulty or different to the product purchased, you may choose between a refund, credit or exchange. Little Book Press will cover the cost of return shipping.

Security

We take security seriously, and have taken steps to ensure your personal information is secure.  We use secure servers, and industry standard data encryption whenever we are receiving or transferring your information online.  However, we accept no responsibility for any loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure, alteration or destruction of personal information which you submit to us.

Online Store

When purchasing from the Little Book Press Publishing House, your financial details are passed through a secure server using 256 bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption. 256 bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard.  Your financial details are not stored on the Little Book Press site.

As an additional mechanism we use the Securepay payment gateway to securely process credit card payments via our website.  As a leader in the Australian online payments industry, Securepay offer a host of products and services, including their our own FraudGuard suite, which helps businesses combat fraudulent transactions. SecurePay’s servers are located across multiple local data centres for maximum uptime, and all of our customer’s data is securely kept here, in Australia.
